| Bio: |  Character Name: Damien Harper Chrichton Alias: 'The Intern' most commonly, occasionally people call him by his middle name Age: 26 Background: Born and bred in Ireland, Damien grew up just off the coast in a little village that wasn't much to speak of. Life there was quiet and predictable, something he's grown quiet accoustomed to...which is probably why he ended up in Forks. After his years in medical school, attending at a school in London for a time before finishing off his studies in California, Damien decided to take the internship at the quiet hospital in Forks, Washington. The years prior to that weren't much to speak of...weren't anything he wanted to speak of, really. There was school and family, dates that ended quite badly, and complete normality. Damien was normal. Then there was Forks. Possibly the most nowhere place in the US, green and entirely too full of life somewhere so seemingly dull...until he met Carlisle Cullen. The doctor, only a few years older than himself, was amazing. Almost too amazing for a little town like this. There's something about him that Damien can't quite place, not yet anyway, but he's pretty pressed to figure it out. Personality: Damien is usually a fairly quiet person in mixed company outside the hospital, but the second he sets foot inside the white walls it's like he comes to life, completely taken in by the organizes chaos around him. He is incredibly curious and eager to learn, maybe a little too hard pressed in those areas at time for it to be healthy, often getting him into situations that might have been better left alone. He is incredibly fascinated by people around him, but he remains the quiet observer on that front, learning the outside mechanics before he dares venture inward. He is in careful control of his emotions, lest they get the better of him in an unfavorable situation. Skills: Incredibly intuitive, Damien has a knack for his practice, typically able to pinpoint ailments rather quickly and in posession of an excellent bedside manner. Though he tries not to speak of it there's always been something a bit different about him, he has the ability to know things, things that were never taught, things he never heard. Mostly superficial details, little things about people or places, things in his practice. A sort of claircognizance, he discovered through further studies, but he mostly tires to ignore it. Weaknesses: Is overwhelming curiosity a weakness? Besides that, nothing to speak of. | |||||||||
